By accessing and using IntroLynk ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

IntroLynk is a B2B lead platform that connects solution providers with pre-qualified, inbound buyers actively looking for services. Our services include:

• Access to pre-qualified, inbound B2B leads
• Credit-based payment system
• AI-powered lead matching based on your preferences
• Optional introduction facilitation services
• Cost-free account support and relation management

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be a legitimate B2B solution provider or business
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not share your account with unauthorized parties

4. Credit System and Payments

Our credit-based system operates as follows:

• Credits must be purchased before claiming leads
• Credit prices are clearly displayed and subject to change
• Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date and are non-refundable once used
• Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe
• Fee-free bank transfer top-ups are available
• No hidden fees - pay only for what you use

5. Lead Claims and Exclusivity

When you claim a lead:

• You get instant access to full contact details
• Full contact details are immediately revealed
• You can reach out directly or use our optional introduction facilitation service
• You are responsible for professional follow-up
• Claims are final and cannot be reversed

6. Meeting Guarantee

We offer an optional introduction facilitation service for 10 credits. If we cannot facilitate the first meeting with your claimed lead within 21 days, you will receive a full credit refund within the week. This guarantee only applies to the facilitation service and is subject to your professional conduct.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our platform to:

• Spam or harass leads or other users
• Share or resell lead information to third parties
• Use automated tools to scrape or access data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with the platform's operation

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the IntroLynk platform are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

IntroLynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where IntroLynk is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
