No! IntroLynk has no setup fees or monthly subscriptions. You only pay for leads you actually claim using our credit system.

Credits are our virtual currency. You purchase credits and use them to claim leads. Lead prices range from 50-250 credits based on tier level and estimated deal value. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Credits are valid for 12 months from the top-up date, giving you plenty of time to claim leads. You will be notified well in advance before credits expire, giving you time to use them for leads.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe for online payments. We also offer fee-free bank transfer top-ups for larger amounts.

Unused credits are non-refundable. However, if you use our optional introduction facilitation service and we can't set the meeting within 21 days, you'll receive a full credit refund within the week.

All leads are pre-qualified, inbound buyers actively looking for services or solutions. We verify company information, confirm genuine interest, and validate budget and timeline before listing.

Before claiming, you can browse detailed anonymized lead profiles including: industry, country, language, requested services, estimated value range, tier level, and submission date. Full contact details are revealed after claiming.

Once you claim a lead, you get instant access to full contact details and project requirements. You can then reach out directly or use our optional introduction facilitation service for 10 additional credits.

If you choose our optional introduction facilitation service (10 credits) and we can't set the meeting within 21 days, you get your credits back within the week. This only applies to the facilitation service.

A successful introduction is when we've facilitated the initial contact and the lead agrees to a first meeting or call with your company. The actual business outcome is between you and the lead.

Our relation managers contact the lead on your behalf, make the introduction, and help coordinate scheduling. We act as a trusted intermediary to ensure smooth connections.

Log into your dashboard and go to Account Settings. You can update your languages, countries, industries, and services at any time to receive more relevant lead matches through our AI-powered matching engine.

Yes, contact our support team to temporarily pause your account. You won't receive new lead notifications, but your credits and claimed leads remain accessible.

In your dashboard, go to the Credits section to see all transactions, including credit purchases, lead claims, and any refunds.
