No! IntroLynk has no setup fees or monthly subscriptions. You only pay for leads you actually claim using our credit system.

Credits are our virtual currency. You purchase credits (€10 per credit) and use them to claim leads. Lead prices range from 50-150 credits based on tier level and estimated deal value.

No, credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them to claim leads.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe for online payments. For larger purchases (€500+), we also accept bank transfers and wire transfers.

Unused credits are non-refundable, but they never expire. However, if we can't facilitate the first meeting with a claimed lead, you'll receive a full credit refund under our guarantee.

All leads go through our rigorous qualification process. We verify company information, confirm genuine interest, validate budget and timeline, and ensure they match our quality standards before listing.

Before claiming, you see anonymized information: industry, country, language, requested services, estimated value range, tier level, and submission date. Full contact details are revealed after claiming.

Yes! Once you claim a lead, it becomes exclusively yours. No other agency can access the same lead, ensuring you have no competition for that opportunity.

You immediately get full contact details, project requirements, and company information. Our customer success team also helps coordinate the first introduction meeting.

If we can't facilitate the first meeting with your claimed lead within 30 days, you get your credits back. This ensures you only pay for leads that convert into actual business opportunities.

A successful meeting is when we've facilitated the initial introduction and the lead agrees to a first meeting or call with your agency. The actual business outcome is between you and the lead.

Our customer success team contacts the lead on your behalf, makes the introduction, and helps coordinate scheduling. We act as a trusted intermediary to ensure smooth connections.

Log into your dashboard and go to Account Settings. You can update your languages, countries, industries, and services at any time to receive more relevant lead matches.

Yes, contact our support team to temporarily pause your account. You won't receive new lead notifications, but your credits and claimed leads remain accessible.

In your dashboard, go to the Credits section to see all transactions, including credit purchases, lead claims, and any refunds.
